Sea Turtle Volunteer

PENGKALAN BALAK , 26 March – Sea Turtle Volunteer program organized by 17 Youth Club under Secretariat of Unity and External Affairs had been held successfully on 24th March 2018 (Saturday) at Turtle Information and Conservation Centre, Padang Kemunting, Pengkalan Balak, Melaka. 31 participants had joined this program included students of Seventeenth Residential College, Management and the Fello of Seventeenth Residential College.

Informations about the unique characteristics of sea turtle and conservation of sea turtle in Malaysia had been exposed and told to the participants. Among the activities conducted were cleaned the place of hatchery, cleaned the turtle pool, bathed the sea turtles, served and gave foods to the turtles. The participants also had a chance to see and feel themselves the experience of buried the 123 eggs of the sea turtle.

Hence, congratulations to all the participants  on their success of completing the Sea Turtle Volunteer program and thank you for involvement. Thousands of thank you to the Sea Turtle Information and Conservation, Malacca on this worth and valuable chance.
